Apprenticeship Degrees are a promising new strategy states are leveraging to meet critical workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, and create more paths to economic mobility. The model combines on the job training with classroom instruction allowing students to earn the post-secondary degrees/credentials they need to become nurses, surgical technicians, teachers, and more — all while earning a paycheck.
